These authentic Italian sauces are passed down from Pasquale’s family’s passion for delicious food, which began in the small mountain village of Cicerale in the Campania region of southwestern Italy.
Born December 22, 1888, Pasquale met his sweetheart, Sabatina, and married her on July 15, 1909. A hard-working man, to whom family was everything, to make a better life for them he made the decision to leave his village to immigrate to America. He arrived on March 22, 1921. The family soon joined him and the passion for delicious dinners all together around the table continues to live on!
